- 2 teaspoon (10 milliliters) vegetable oil
- 1 pound (500 grams) boneless beef or boneless , skinless chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion , thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper , thinly sliced
- 1 package (36 grams) Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) water
- 10 soft tortillas (6-inch/15 cm)
Preparation
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 Brown beef or chicken 3 minutes.
- 3 Add onion and bell pepper and stir-fry 4 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
- 4 Add seasoning mix and water and stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Serve rolled up in warmed tortillas.
