  • 2 teaspoon (10 mililiters) vegetable oil
  • 1 pound (500 grams) boneless beef or boneless , skinless chicken, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper , thinly sliced
  • 1 package (36 grams) organic fajita seasoning mix (club house)
  • 1/2 cup (125 mililiters) water
  • 10 soft tortillas (6-inch/15 cm)

Preparation

  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 2 Brown beef or chicken 3 minutes.
  • 3 Add onion and bell pepper and stir-fry 4 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
  • 4 Add seasoning mix and water and stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  • 5 Serve rolled up in warmed tortillas.
  • 6 Test Kitchen Tip:
    • Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream.
