  • 1 lb (500 grams) ground beef , or ground turkey
  • 2 cans (213 mL each) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (540 mililiters) kidney beans , undrained
  • 1 package (35 grams) Chili Seasoning Mix , or Club House Hot ‘n Spicy Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup (250 mililiters) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiters) sliced green onion

Preparation

  • 1 Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
  • 2 Stir in tomato sauce, beans and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and onion. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
