  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliter) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliter) baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon (10 milliliter) Matcha Green Tea and Ginger Seasoning

Preparation

  • 1 Lightly grease large (12 oz/355 mL) mug.
  • 2 Combine oil and chocolate chips in mug; microwave 30 seconds. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in sugar, milk and vanilla. Add egg and beat until smooth. Add flour, baking powder and matcha seasoning; stir until smooth.
  • 3 Microwave 1 minute 20 seconds, or until cake is cooked in the middle.
