  • 1 can (400 milliliters) cream of coconut or coconut milk
  • 1 can (354 milliliters) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) plus 2 tablespoons (30 mL) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) white rum
  • 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon (1/2 milliliter) Nutmeg Ground

Preparation

  • 1 Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • 2 Refrigerate until chilled. Serve in small glasses sprinkled with additional ground cinnamon.
