  • 1 package (30 grams) Alfredo Sauce Mix
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) butter
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) milk
  • 4 cups (1000 milliliter) thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

Preparation

  • 1 In saucepan, combine package Club House Pasta Prima Alfredo Sauce Mix with butter and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
  • 2 In 2 qt (2 L) lightly greased microwave-safe casserole, alternate layers of sliced potatoes and sliced onion with prepared sauce.
  • 3 Cover and microwave at medium-high power for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, gently stirring 3 times during cooking.
  • 4 Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes before serving.
