Alfredo Sauce Mix

The perfect blend of spices and Romano cheeses to make traditional fettucine Alfredo.

Usage Tips

Make traditional fettucine Alfredo, or create new dishes by using interesting pasta shapes. Replace humdrum white sauces with prepared Club House Pasta Prima Alfredo Sauce and taste the flavourful results. Use in casseroles. Serve over fish, chicken and vegetables.

 

ALL YOU NEED

  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter or margarine
  • ¾ cup (175 mL) milk
  • 1 pkg (350 g) of your favourite pasta, cooked per package directions

ALL YOU DO

  • COMBINE butter, milk and sauce mix in medium saucepan.
  • BRING to boil over medium heat, whisking constantly.
  • REDUCE heat and simmer 3 minutes.
  • SERVE sauce over pasta.

TIPS

 

Add 2 tsp (10 mL) Club House Cajun Seasoning to sauce and cooked chicken or shrimp, then sprinkle with Club House Cajun Seasoning before serving.
