INGREDIENTS 20 (1 tablespoon) SERVINGS
- 4 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 1/2 teaspoons CLUB HOUSE CRUSHED RED PEPPER
- 1 cup unsalted butter , softened
- 8 teaspoons Cholula® Original Hot Sauce
- 4 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preparation
- 1 Heat olive oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add crushed red pepper, toasting just until fragrant. Remove from heat. Cool completely.
- 2 Place butter in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Add red pepper-infused oil; mix until well blended. Add Hot Sauce, honey and garlic powder. Mix until well blended and smooth.
- 3 Spoon butter onto plastic wrap. Roll into a log about 1-inch (2.5-cm) in diameter. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month. Use to season grilled chicken and pork, or melt over potatoes or steamed vegetables.
