- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend
- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) olive oil
- 19 fluid ounce (570 milliliter) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) corn kernels, frozen or canned
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) diced red onion
- 1 Combine Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend, vinegar and olive oil. Mix well; set aside.
