  • 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend
  • 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) olive oil
  • 19 fluid ounce (570 milliliter) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) corn kernels, frozen or canned
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) diced red onion

Preparation

  • 1 Combine Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend, vinegar and olive oil. Mix well; set aside.
  • 2 Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Add dressing. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
