Preparation
- 1 Heat oil over medium-high heat.
- 2 Stir-fry chicken 2-3 minutes.
- 3 Add vegetables and stir-fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp and chicken is cooked through.
- 4 Stir seasoning mix into water and add to skillet. Cook 1-2 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
- 5 Serve over rice.
