  • 1/3 cup (75 milliliters) French's® Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup (50 milliliters) packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Ginger, Ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) CLUB HOUSE CRUSHED RED PEPPER
  • 1 pound (500 grams) pork tenderloin

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix all ingredients, except pork, in small bowl until well blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons for brushing.
  • 2 Place pork in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork from marinade into shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining marinade.
  • 3 Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from oven. Brush pork with reserved marinade. Broil 5 to 10 minutes or until pork is lightly charred.
