- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) milk
- Chocolate syrup , (optional)
Preparation
- 1 Beat heavy cream, peanut butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixture on medium speed until stiff peaks form, about 1 minute. (You can also whip by hand using a wire whisk; beat vigorously until stiff peaks form.)
- 2 Pour milk into serving glass and add desired amount of ice. Spoon whipped peanut butter over milk. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
