  • 1/3 cup (75 milliliters) heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) creamy peanut butter Substitution Available
    • your favourite nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup (250 milliliters) milk
  • Chocolate syrup , (optional)

Preparation

  • 1 Beat heavy cream, peanut butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixture on medium speed until stiff peaks form, about 1 minute. (You can also whip by hand using a wire whisk; beat vigorously until stiff peaks form.)
  • 2 Pour milk into serving glass and add desired amount of ice. Spoon whipped peanut butter over milk. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired.
