  • 1 cup (250 mililiters) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) (113 grams) butter
  • 3 cups (360 grams) icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons (10 mililiters) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mililiters) Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiters) small pretzel shapes , broken into pieces
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiters) semi-sweet chocolate chips , melted

Preparation

  • 1 Microwave peanut butter and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Add confectioners’ sugar, vanilla and cinnamon; mix until smooth.
  • 2 Spoon into foil-lined 8-inch (20-cm) square baking pan. Sprinkle with pretzels, pressing gently into fudge. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • 3 Let stand at room temperature 2 hours or until firm. Use foil to lift out of pan onto cutting board. Cut into 36 pieces. Store in tightly covered container at cool room temperature.
