- 12 pitted dates
- 2 bananas , peeled, sliced and frozen
- 3/4 cup (175 milliliters) shelled roasted pistachios
- 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) Organic Ground Turmeric
- 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) Organic Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Organic Nutmeg Ground
Preparation
- 1 Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
