  • 2 cups (500 ml) milk
  • 12 pitted dates
  • 2 bananas peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) shelled roasted pistachios
  • 2 tbsps (30 ml) Turmeric, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Cocoa Blend (see below for link)

Preparation

  • 1 Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Click for Turmeric, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Cocoa Blend
  • 2 Pour your turmeric shake into glasses. Garnish with chopped pistachios and chocolate curls, if desired.
