Preparation

  • 1 Place boiling water, sugar, instant coffee and cinnamon in medium bowl. Mix just until combined. Beat mixture with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes.
  • 2 Mix milk and vanilla in 12- to 16-ounce (350- to 475-ml) glass. Add desired amount of ice.
  • 3 Spoon whipped coffee mixture over milk in glass. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Stir just before serving.
  • 4 Test Kitchen Tips:
    •For stronger whipped coffee, try using espresso powder.
    •Use your favourite non-dairy milk. Great with almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk.
    •For a flavorful twist, try with different extracts in place of vanilla. Stir in rum, almond, maple, or any of your favorite Club House Extracts. We suggest starting with a small amount of extract and adding more to taste.
    •Prefer hot coffee over iced? Warm the milk and don’t add ice! Note: Your whipped coffee will melt quickly over hot milk, so take your Insta-worthy pics right away!
