- 1 (500 gram) zucchini, sliced (3 – 4 medium)
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) Onion Minced
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliter) Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) Oregano Leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
- 1 In skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Sauté zucchini and Club House Minced Onion 3 minutes.
- 2 Add tomatoes, Club House Garlic Salt, Club House Oregano Leaves and Club House Ground Black Pepper and toss to mix.
- 3 Sauté 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
