Usage Tips
The most popular dip with vegetables, chips, crackers and pita bread. Dress up salad greens or drizzle over cold poached fish, sliced hard boiled eggs, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
ALL YOU NEED
DIP – Makes 1 cup (250 mL)/ 8 servings
- 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
DRESSING – Makes 2 cups (500 mL)/ 16 servings
- 1¼ cups (300 mL) mayonnaise
- ¾ cup (175 mL) milk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vinegar
ALL YOU DO
- COMBINE mix with dip or dressing ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
- REFRIGERATE until ready to use.
TIPS
For the dip, substitute non-fat Greek yogurt for the sour cream.
For dressing, serve drizzled on top of grilled chicken and vegetables.
