Usage Tips
Combine prepared Pasta Prima Pasta Salad dressing with cooked pasta and chopped vegetables. Chill and serve. This dressing is equally delicious with other salads such as coleslaw, spinach and salad greens.
ALL YOU NEED
- ¼ cup (60 mL) vinegar
- ½ cup (125 mL) vegetable oil
- ½ lb (250 g) of your favourite pasta, cooked per package directions
- 2 cups (500 mL) assorted chopped vegetables
ALL YOU DO
- COMBINE vinegar, oil and dressing mix.
- TOSS pasta with dressing.
- MIX in vegetables. Cover and chill 30 min (optional). Toss before serving.
MAKES 8 SERVINGS
TIPS
Add 1 can (540 mL) chickpeas, drained and rinsed.
Add ¼ cup (60 mL) feta cheese and ¼ cup (60 mL) sliced olives.
Must be cooked for food safety.
