Usage Tips
Combine prepared Pasta Prima Pasta Salad dressing with cooked pasta and chopped vegetables. Chill and serve. This dressing is equally delicious with other salads such as coleslaw, spinach and salad greens.
ALL YOU NEED
- 1 cup (250 mL) mayonnaise
- ½ cup (125 mL) milk
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vinegar
- ½ lb (250 g) dry rigatoni or your favourite pasta, cooked per package directions
- 2 cups (500 mL) assorted chopped vegetables
ALL YOU DO
- COMBINE mayonnaise, milk, vinegar and dressing mix.
- TOSS pasta with dressing.
- MIX in vegetables. Cover and chill 1 hour (optional). Toss before serving.
MAKES 8 SERVINGS
TIPS
Replace the mayonnaise with non-fat Greek yogurt. Reduce the milk to ¼ cup (50 mL) and continue preparing as directed.
Must be cooked for food safety.
