Usage Tips
ALL YOU NEED
- 1 lb (500 g) ground beef
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- ¾ cup (175 mL) water
- 2 cups (500 mL) frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 cups (750 mL) prepared mashed potatoes
ALL YOU DO
- BROWN ground beef and vegetables over medium-high heat in skillet. Drain fat.
- MIX seasoning mix and water. Pour over meat mixture.
- BRING to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- TRANSFER to 2 qt (2 L) casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes.
- BAKE at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
Must be cooked for food safety.
