  • 1/2 cup (125 mililiters) wasabi flakes
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mililiters) bonito flakes
  • 1 sheet unseasoned nori (dried seaweed)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 mililiters) Sea Salt Grinder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 mililiters) sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 mililiter) Crushed Chipotle Pepper
  • 6 tablespoons (90 mililiters) Sesame Seed

Preparation

  • 1 Place wasabi peas, bonito flakes, nori, sea salt, sugar and red pepper in food processor. Pulse until mixture is well blended and powdery. Transfer to bowl.
  • 2 Toast sesame seeds in dry skillet on medium heat about 2 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Immediately toss with wasabi pea mixture; cool completely.
  • 3 Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry place up to 1 month.
