  • 1/2 pound (250 grams) dry ramen noodles
  • 1 (946 milliliters) carton No Salt Added Chicken Cooking Stock
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Organic Ground Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Fish Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions , sliced
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs
  • 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) CLUB HOUSE CRUSHED RED PEPPER , or to taste
  • 1/2 pound (250 grams) sliced cooked chicken or pork

Preparation

  • 1 In large sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; sauté 1 minute. Add stock, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Keep warm.
  • 2 Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • 3 Add rice wine vinegar to broth; stir well. Divide broth and noodles between 4 bowls. Top each bowl with green onions, a halved soft-boiled egg, chicken or pork and crushed red pepper.
