Preparation

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°F). Arrange asparagus in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan.
  • 2 Mix butter, allspice, red pepper, garlic powder and sea salt. Drizzle 2 tablespoons (30ml) of the mixture over asparagus, turning to coat. Reserve remaining mixture; set aside.
  • 3 Roast asparagus 10 minutes or until tender crisp. Transfer to serving platter and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
