- 1 1/2 pounds (750 g) asparagus spears ends rimmed
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) melted butter
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Ground Allspice
- 1/8 tsp (1/2 ml) Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 tsp (1/2 ml) Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp (1/2 ml) Sea Salt Grinder

- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°F). Arrange asparagus in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan.
- 2 Mix butter, allspice, red pepper, garlic powder and sea salt. Drizzle 2 tablespoons (30ml) of the mixture over asparagus, turning to coat. Reserve remaining mixture; set aside.
- 3 Roast asparagus 10 minutes or until tender crisp. Transfer to serving platter and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
