- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliter) butter , melted
- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) Parmesan and Herbs
Preparation
- 1 Cut thin slices across top of potato almost to the bottom but not quite through. Brush melted butter on top and between the slices.
- 2 Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes. Rebrush potatoes with butter in the pan. Sprinkle Club House Parmesan & Herbs Signature Blend on top.
- 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
