Preparation

  • 1 Cut thin slices across top of potato almost to the bottom but not quite through. Brush melted butter on top and between the slices.
  • 2 Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes. Rebrush potatoes with butter in the pan. Sprinkle Club House Parmesan & Herbs Signature Blend on top.
  • 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
  • 4 Test Kitchen Tip:
    o Choose your favourite potatoes for this recipe - baking potatoes, Yukon Gold, regular white or red new potatoes all work well.
