- 1/2 cup (1 stick) (112 g) unsalted butter , softened
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) McCormick® Flavour Inspirations Vietnamese Cajun Seasoning
Preparation
- 1 Mix butter and Seasoning in small bowl until well blended.
- 2 Spoon butter onto plastic wrap. Roll into a log about 1-inch (2.5-cm) in diameter. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month. Serve with toasted baguette, use to season grilled shrimp and chicken or steamed veggies.
