- 1 cup (2 sticks/225 grams) unsalted butter , softened
- 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) Marmite® Yeast Extract Spread
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (7 milliliters) Chili Pepper Chipotle
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliters) Sea Salt Grinder
Preparation
- 1 Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover. Process until well blended and smooth.

Spoon butter onto plastic wrap. Roll into a log about 1-inch (2.5-cm) in diameter. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month. Serve with warm rolls, use to top grilled steaks, chops and chicken, or to season roasted potatoes.
