  • 2 cups (500 mililiters) orecchiette pasta
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiters) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiters) white balsamic vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons (20 mililiters) Italiano
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mililiters) cherry tomatoes , halved
  • 1 package (250 grams) 1-inch (2 1/2 -cm) mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
  • 1 cup (250 mililiters) baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiters) thinly sliced red onion

Preparation

  • 1 Cook pasta in salted water as directed on package.
  • 2 Mix oil, vinegar and Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach and onion; toss to coat well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
