- 2 cups (500 milliliters) orecchiette pasta
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) white balsamic vinegar
- 4 teaspoons (20 milliliters) Italiano
- 1 1/2 cups (375 milliliters) cherry tomatoes , halved
- 1 package (250 grams) 1-inch (2 1/2 -cm) mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) thinly sliced red onion
Preparation
- 1 Cook pasta in salted water as directed on package.
- 2 Mix oil, vinegar and Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach and onion; toss to coat well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
