INGREDIENTS 6 SERVINGS
- 1/4 cup (62.5 milliliter) vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) lime juice
- 1/4 cup (62.5 milliliter) tomato juice
- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) Cajun
- 4 cups (1 liter) cooked corn niblets (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) mixed beans or red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 In medium bowl, combine vegetable oil, lime juice, tomato juice and Club House Cajun Signature Blend. Add remaining ingredients and gently toss.
