- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1/2 pound (250 gram) beef, thinly sliced
- 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (50 milliliter) canned sliced bamboo shoots, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup (50 milliliter) Peanut Satay Sauce
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) Fish Sauce
Preparation
- 1 In wok or large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir fry until golden brown. Add beef; stir fry 5 minutes or until no linger pink.
- 2 Add zucchini, bell pepper, bamboo shoots, peanut satay sauce and fish sauce; stir fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
