  • 2 tablespoon (30 mililiter) vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 pound (250 gram) beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup (50 mililiter) canned sliced bamboo shoots, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup (50 mililiter) Peanut Satay Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon (30 mililiter) Fish Sauce

Preparation

  • 1 In wok or large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir fry until golden brown. Add beef; stir fry 5 minutes or until no linger pink.
  • 2 Add zucchini, bell pepper, bamboo shoots, peanut satay sauce and fish sauce; stir fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
