Absolutely delicious and deceptively easy — creamy, dreamy alfredo. Make this with shrimp, or add your own twist by substituting tuna, salmon, crab or vegetables of your choice.

INGREDIENTS 4 SERVINGS

  • 4 ounce (115 gram) dry fettuccine
  • 3/4 cup (175 milliliter) milk
  • 1 package (30 gram) Alfredo Sauce Mix
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) butter or margarine
  • 4 ounce (115 gram) shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon (0.625 milliliter) Black Peppercorn Grinder
  • Grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation

  • 1 In large pot of boiling water, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain.
  • 2 Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine milk, Club House Pasta Prima Alfredo Sauce Mix and butter or margarine. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 min.
  • 3 Stir in shrimp and black pepper; cook until heated through.
  • 4 To serve, spoon sauce over fettuccine. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  • 5 Variations - Substitute shrimp with one of the following: 1 can (6 oz/170 mL) tuna or salmon; 1 cup (250 mL) cooked chicken cubes, imitation crab meat or steamed, mixed vegetables.
