  • 1 package (250 gram) quinoa
  • 2 cups (500 milliliter) diced fresh tomatoes
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) each sliced green onion and pearl bocconcini cheese
  • 6 tablespoon (90 milliliter) Salad Herbs
  • 1/4 cup (50 milliliter) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 of a lemon juiced

Preparation

  • 1 Cook quinoa according to package directions and cool.
  • 2 Stir remaining ingredients into quinoa. Let salad stand for 10 minutes and serve.
