INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg (250 g) quinoa
  • 2 cups (500 ml) diced fresh tomatoes
  • 1 cup (250 ml) each sliced green onion and pearl bocconcini cheese
  • 6 tbsp (90 ml) Salad Herbs
  • 1/4 cup (50 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 of a lemon juiced

Preparation

  • 1 Cook quinoa according to package directions and cool.
  • 2 Stir remaining ingredients into quinoa. Let salad stand for 10 minutes and serve.
