- 1 package (250 gram) quinoa
- 2 cups (500 milliliter) diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) each sliced green onion and pearl bocconcini cheese
- 6 tablespoon (90 milliliter) Salad Herbs
- 1/4 cup (50 milliliter) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 of a lemon juiced
Preparation
- 1 Cook quinoa according to package directions and cool.
- 2 Stir remaining ingredients into quinoa. Let salad stand for 10 minutes and serve.
