  • 1/4 cup (50 milliliter) water
  • 1 pound (500 gram) boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) Salt-Free Garlic and Herb
  • 4 lemon wedges

Preparation

  • 1 In a bowl, add the water to the chicken breasts and press with the flat side of a fork several times. Let sit 10 minutes.
