Organic Tacos

With Organic Taco Seasoning Mix, you can whip up effortlessly delicious tacos in minutes. Combine Mix with ground meat and water (that’s it!) in a pan. Once cooked, stuff into warm taco shells and top with your favorite fixin’s – lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and guacamole sound pretty good.

  • 1 pound (500 grams) ground meat
  • 1 cup (250 mililiters) water
  • 1 package (35 grams) organic taco seasoning mix (club house)
  • 10 taco shells

Preparation

  • 1 Brown ground meat over medium-high heat in large skillet. Drain fat.
  • 2 Stir in water and seasoning mix.
  • 3 Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4 Heat taco shells at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.

    Spoon ¼ cup (60 mL) meat into each taco shell.
  • 6 Test Kitchen Tip:

    • Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream.
    • For a taco salad: break hard taco shells into pieces or use tortilla chips; top with meat, lettuce and desired toppings.
