- 1 pound (500 gram) fresh tilapia fillets (approx. 4 pieces)
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) Salt-Free Herb and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) each olive oil and butter
- 1/4 cup (50 milliliter) each diced onions and chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) diced fresh tomato
Preparation
- 1 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season tilapia with 1 tbsp seasoning; add to pan and cook for 6 minutes turning once. Remove fish from pan onto serving dish.
- 2 Add remaining ingredients to pan and sauté for 3 minutes; pour over fish to serve.
