INGREDIENTS 4 SERVINGS
- 500 gram ground turkey
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliter) Cajun
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliter) dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliter) water
- 1 egg
- 1 Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
- 2 Panfry, broil or barbeque until no longer pink or an internal temperature of 170°F is reached.
