  • 1 package taco seasoning mix (club house)
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) flour
  • 2 pounds (1 kilogram) chicken tenders Substitution Available
    • or boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch (1-cm) strips

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line baking sheet with foil. Spray with no stick cooking spray. Mix Seasoning Mix, cornmeal and flour in shallow dish or plastic bag.
  • 2 Moisten chicken with water. Coat each chicken finger with seasoning mixture. Place chicken fingers, 1 inch (2 1/2 cm) apart, on prepared baking sheet. Spray chicken lightly with no stick cooking spray.
  • 3 Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
