- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) unsalted butter
- 2 cups (500 milliliter) sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) chopped onion
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 4 tablespoon (60 milliliter) Parmesan and Herbs
- 4 tablespoon (60 milliliter) Rice Flour
- 5 cups (1.25 liters) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) shredded cheddar
- 4 cups (1 liter) cooked pasta
Preparation
- 1 In large saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add mushrooms, onions and bacon. Sauté 5 minutes.
- 2 Stir in seasoning and rice flour. Stir in milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in cheese and pasta. Transfer to 8 cup (2 L) casserole.
- 3 Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes or until golden.
