- 2 cups (500 milliliter) chopped mushrooms
- 2 bacon slices, chopped
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) diced onion
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoon (60 milliliter) Greek
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) each sour cream, crumbled low sodium feta cheese, diced cucumber and plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliter) Tabasco sauce
Preparation
- 1 In a skillet over medium heat, sauté mushrooms, bacon and onions for 3 minutes or until tender. Refrigerate.
- 2 In blender, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
