- 1 Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and red pepper; sauté until pepper are soft and onions are almost translucent, 3-5 minutes.
- 2 Drain tofu and gently press with tea towel to remove any excess liquid. Break up into small pieces with a fork, until tofu resembles scrambled eggs. Add pan with vegetables. Stir in nutritional yeast, turmeric and Savoury seasoning. Sauté until tofu is just starting to brown, about 5 minutes.
