- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 medium red pepper, diced
- 1 package (350 gram) extra-firm tofu
- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) nutritional yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) Ground Turmeric
- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) Club House Tasty Savoury Seasoning Blend (club house)
Preparation
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and red pepper; sauté until pepper are soft and onions are almost translucent, 3-5 minutes.
- 2 Drain tofu and gently press with tea towel to remove any excess liquid. Break up into small pieces with a fork, until tofu resembles scrambled eggs. Add pan with vegetables. Stir in nutritional yeast, turmeric and Savoury seasoning. Sauté until tofu is just starting to brown, about 5 minutes.
- 3 Tip: Serve this scramble topped with sliced Kalamata olives.
