- 1 1/4 cups (300 milliliters) dill pickle chips or dill pickles cut into 1/4-inch (1/2-cm) thick rounds
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) flour
- 1 package Ranch Style Dressing and Dip Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) water
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) panko breadcrumbs
Preparation
- 1 Mix flour and 1 tablespoon of the Dip Mix in medium bowl. Whisk eggs, water and remaining Dip Mix in separate medium bowl. Place breadcrumbs in shallow dish. Set aside.
- 2 Pat pickle chips dry with paper towels. Add to bowl with flour mixture, tossing to coat well. Working in batches, transfer pickles to egg mixture, turning to coat. Immediately transfer to panko; turn to coat evenly.
- 3 Preheat air fryer 3 minutes on 390°F (200°C). Spray basket lightly with no stick cooking spray. Place pickle chips in single layer in basket, working in batches as needed.
- 4 Air Fry 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. If desired, serve with Easy Ranch Dressing and Dip.
