Usage Tips
ALL YOU NEED
- 1 lb (500 g) ground beef
- 1 cup (250 mL) water
- 12 taco shells
ALL YOU DO
- BROWN ground beef over medium-high heat in large skillet.
- STIR in water and seasoning mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- HEAT taco shells at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes. Spoon ¼ cup (60 mL) beef into each taco shell.
MAKES 12 TACOS
TIPS
Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream.
For a vegetarian twist, substitute ground beef with 1 can (540 mL) lentils.
