Club House Poultry Seasoning complements stuffings, chicken, turkey, veal, pork, salmon, meat loaf, hamburgers, gravies, soups, pot pies, meat pies.
Substitute 1 tsp (5 mL ) Poultry Seasoning for 1/4 tsp (1 mL ) Ground Thyme and 3/4 tsp (3 mL ) Ground Sage in your favorite stuffing recipe. Use 1/2 to 2 tsp (2 to 10 mL ) per 4 cups (1 L ) bread cubes for stuffing for poultry, veal, lamb or pork.
