  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) frozen mango
  • 1 medium orange , peeled
  • 1 medium banana , peeled and frozen
  • 1/3 cup (75 milliliter) plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliter) Organic Ground Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) liquid honey bee (billy bee/)
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) sliced almond

Preparation

  • 1 Blend mango, orange, banana, almond milk, turmeric and honey in blender until smooth. Divide between 2 soup bowls.
  • 2 Top each bowl with 1 tbsp (15 mL) hemp hearts, ½ tbsp (7 mL) coconut, ½ tbsp (7 mL) chia seeds, and 1 tbsp (15 mL) almonds.
