- 1 cup (250 milliliters) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) prepared horseradish , well drained
- 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Black Peppercorn Grinder , finely ground
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) Cholula® Chipotle Hot Sauce
- 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) finely grated fresh Asiago cheese
Preparation
- 1 Bring cream to simmer in small heavy bottom saucepan on medium-high heat. Cook until reduced to about 3/4 cup (175 ml).
- 2 Whisk in horseradish, black pepper, hot sauce and cheese until well blended and smooth. Remove from heat. Cool completely. Transfer to airtight container. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
- 3 Reheat in small saucepan on stovetop, stirring frequently. Serve over grilled steak.
