  • 2 tablespoon (30 mililiter) Lemon and Herbs
  • 1/4 cup (62.5 mililiter) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon (30 mililiter) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mililiter) butter
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

Preparation

  • 1 Combine Club House Lemon and Herbs Signature Blend, lemon juice and olive oil. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
  • 2 In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add chicken and lightly brown on both sides. Pour lemon mixture over chicken. Cover pan and simmer on low heat about 10-15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 170°F is reached.
