- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) long grain rice
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) tomato juice
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) water or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) Tex Mex
Preparation
- 1 Heat vegetable oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
- 2 Add bell pepper and onion. Sauté 2 - 3 minutes.
- 3 Stir in rice, tomato juice, water or broth and Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend. Bring to a boil.
- 4 Stir and cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 5 Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
