  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliter) vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) long grain rice
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) tomato juice
  • 1 cup (250 milliliter) water or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) Tex Mex

Preparation

  • 1 Heat vegetable oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • 2 Add bell pepper and onion. Sauté 2 - 3 minutes.
  • 3 Stir in rice, tomato juice, water or broth and Club House Tex Mex Signature Blend. Bring to a boil.
  • 4 Stir and cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 5 Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
