- 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) dry white beans
- 1 1/2 pounds (750 gram) pork shoulder, 1-in (2.5 cm) cube
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliter) diced onions
- 1 package (35 gram) Slow Cookers Sweet and Smoky Pulled Chicken
- 3/4 cup (180 milliliter) ketchup
- 1/4 cup (60 milliliter) maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups (375 milliliter) water
Preparation
- 1 Soak beans in water overnight.
- 2 Place pork into slow cooker. Add drained beans and onions.
- 3 In a medium bowl combine seasoning mix with remaining ingredients; mix well.
- 4 Pour mixture over pork and cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
