  • 1/2 cup (125 mililiter) dry white beans
  • 1 1/2 pounds (750 gram) pork shoulder, 1-in (2.5 cm) cube
  • 1/2 cup (125 mililiter) diced onions
  • 1 package (35 gram) Slow Cookers Sweet and Smoky Pulled Chicken
  • 3/4 cup (180 mililiter) ketchup
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiter) maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mililiter) water

Preparation

  • 1 Soak beans in water overnight.
  • 2 Place pork into slow cooker. Add drained beans and onions.
  • 3 In a medium bowl combine seasoning mix with remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • 4 Pour mixture over pork and cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
