  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) oil
  • 1 whole chicken , (about 3 to 4 pounds/1.5- to 2kg)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) Rotisserie Chicken

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Rub oil all over chicken. Sprinkle Seasoning evenly over chicken. Place on rack in roasting pan.
  • 2 Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of breast reaches 170°F/77°C and thigh is 180°F/ 82°C).
