  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon (10 milliliter) Pepper, Whole Black
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) Chinese oyster flavoured sauce
  • 2 tablespoon (30 milliliter) soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds (750 gram) boneless pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
  • Sweet Red Chili Sauce

Preparation

  • 1 Place garlic, cilantro and peppercorns in blender or use mortar and pestle. Pulse or grind into a thick paste. Spoon into large bowl. Add oyster flavored sauce and soy sauce; mix well. Add pork; turn to coat well.
  • 2 Refridgerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
  • 3 Broil or grill over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pork is desired doneness. Serve pork with Chili Sauce.
