This recipe is reflective of the authentic dish Kaw Moo Yang, Thai Grilled Pork Neck. Marinating well in advance will make the pork loin moist and deeply flavourful.
INGREDIENTS 6 SERVINGS
- 1 Place garlic, cilantro and peppercorns in blender or use mortar and pestle. Pulse or grind into a thick paste. Spoon into large bowl. Add oyster flavored sauce and soy sauce; mix well. Add pork; turn to coat well.
- 2 Refridgerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
- 3 Broil or grill over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pork is desired doneness. Serve pork with Chili Sauce.
