- 12 lamb chops
- 1/4 cup (62.5 milliliter) French’s Dijon Mustard
- 3 tablespoon (45 milliliter) Greek
- 1 cup (250 milliliter) panko bread crumbs
- 4 tablespoon (60 milliliter) olive oil
Preparation
- 1 Combine mustard and Greek Seasoning in small bowl. Brush lamb chops with mustard mixture. Coat each chop evenly with with panko.
- 2 Heat oil on medium heat in large oven-proof skillet. Brown one side of each chop. Turn chops.
- 3 Transfer skillet to preheated 400°F (200°C) oven. Bake 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
