Treat the family to this sweet and savoury glazed ham. It’s the perfect blend of citrusy Club House® Pure Lemon Extract, balanced by the sweetness of honey and herby rosemary. It’s impressive enough for the holidays but easy enough for every day.

- 1 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Place the ham on its side in roasting pan. Mix 1 cup (250ml) of the honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons (7ml) of the extract and 1 teaspoon (5ml) of the rosemary in small bowl until well blended. Brush 1/2 of the honey mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach middle of ham. Cover loosely with foil.
- 2 Bake 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Remove foil. Brush with remaining honey mixture. Bake 45 minutes longer.
- 3 Meanwhile, mix remaining 1/4 cup (60ml) honey, 1/2 teaspoon (2ml) extract and 1/4 teaspoon (1ml) rosemary in small bowl. Serve with ham along with the pan drippings.
