  • 1 bone-in spiral-cut ham about 10 pounds (5kg)
  • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) honey divided
  • 2 tsps (10 ml) Pure Lemon Extract divided
  • 1 1/4 tsps (6 ml) Rosemary Leaves crushed, divided

Preparation

  • 1 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Place the ham on its side in roasting pan. Mix 1 cup (250ml) of the honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons (7ml) of the extract and 1 teaspoon (5ml) of the rosemary in small bowl until well blended. Brush 1/2 of the honey mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach middle of ham. Cover loosely with foil.
  • 2 Bake 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Remove foil. Brush with remaining honey mixture. Bake 45 minutes longer.
  • 3 Meanwhile, mix remaining 1/4 cup (60ml) honey, 1/2 teaspoon (2ml) extract and 1/4 teaspoon (1ml) rosemary in small bowl. Serve with ham along with the pan drippings.
